II Corinthians 5:7: "For we walk by Faith and not by sight" (KJV).
"Indeed, our lives are guided by faith, not by sight" (Gods Word Translation).
I had a dream many seasons ago, that is very appropriate to share at this time because it deals with faith, obedience, and walking. These three words are action words that require instant participation on behalf of the readers of this meditation.
I was standing on a gangplank that was wide enough for me to stand, with my feet close to gather, but narrow enough that there was only room to move in one direction and that was straight ahead. While standing in this position, I could see on each side of me and I could see in front of me. There was darkness on each side as well as in front of me, but just enough light to see the boards of the gangplank in front of me, that was a path to be followed. From out of nowhere the voice commanded me to start walking, in a tone that actually was very inviting for me to follow the commands that were being spoken to me. Not only did the voice say to walk, but it also instructed me to trust. I hesitated because the view in front of me looked like it was a long way, but I wasn’t really sure. This time the command came again a little sterner to walk, but there was also a sharp point in the lower part of my back pushing me forward. I reason with myself; well I could see, so I begin to move forward; slow but sure. To my astonishment a blindfold appeared out of nowhere and covered my eyes, and fear gripped me in such an awful way. Before I could cry out, I remember what I had seen and knew that I had to keep walking, because the presence behind me would not let me stop, and there was no room to turn around. The voice said you only need to walk, trust and obey.
I moved forward more slowly because I figured that the end of the board was near, and I feared falling off. The voice said, move forward, walk, trust me, and obey me. I moved and stepped off; I felt like I was falling, pulled the blindfold off, in time to see the hand of God come up out of the darkness catching my next step and gently guided me forward. I then heard the sadness of the voice that said you only needed to walk by faith, trust and obey.
In this season God is calling for ‘Obedience without Comprehension." Just obey. Seeing the path or journey is ok as long as there is a view of what is ahead, Human reasoning is not supernatural; supernatural is "blind faith." I had a physical view of the situation, and made my mental assessments and was very aware of all possibilities of what was going on according to my sight. When the walk started I was fine, until the blindfold appeared. I left out the surprise factor/ God Factor. The voice said trust, walk and obey.
Most of my faith walk has been based on what I can see, because of something that I have done, like working 40hrs, knowing I had a paycheck coming TO HANDLE EVERYTHING; worked stopped, no check SAME NEEDS TO BE MET, then my faith went to another level. Trust, obey and walk. I had to believe what I heard and read. Faith cometh by hearing and hearing Gods voice speak to me through His word. Walking blind is’ I don’t know what, when, where or how; I AM JUST TOLD TO WALK, TRUST AND OBEY IN THE WHO! This is just something to think about. How much of our walk is really by "faith and not by sight?"
Daniel 6:3-5 (KJV): (3). Then this Daniel was preferred above the presidents and princes, because an excellent spirit was in him; and the King thought to set him over the whole realm. (4). Then the presidents and princes sought to find occasion against Daniel concerning the Kingdom; but they could find none occasion nor fault; forasmuch as he was faithful, neither was there any error or fault found in him. (5). Then said these men, we shall not find any occasion against this Daniel, except we find it against him concerning the law of his God.
"The Law of an Excellent Spirit: Called Out Of to be Called Too"
In this season and "Hour of Acceleration" the harvest of productivity is quickly approaching. The called out ones the (Ekklesia); must manifest the fruits of the harvest. This fruit comes from the trees that were planted by the rivers of water that bringeth forth his fruit in his season; his leaf also shall not wither; and whatsoever he doeth shall prosper (Psalm 1:3). It is crucial because the time is nigh that the "Called Out Ones" must work the works of him that sent me, while it is day: the night cometh, when no man work (John (9:4).
The key to being Productive, Effective, and Proficient, which is the embodiment of an "Excellent Spirit" in action, is found in Daniel 6:3-4. Daniel was one of God’s servants who mastered the art of remaining true to who he was and to whose he was, no matter the trial, circumstance or situation or tribulation or location. He withstood the tests that were thrown at him, and prevailed because of his trust and worship of the one true God. Daniel and his friends, Shadrach, Meshach, and Abed-Nego, were "called out of to be called too." God’s power was displayed in these chosen vessels. Let us now draw our attention to 4 points of interest:
Because of an " excellent spirit" in Daniel which represents (God’s presence and power), He was preferred (elected, selected, appointed) to be placed in a position of honor and authority over great regions because he did not compromise his God. He remained true in his beliefs.
Because of an "excellent spirit" within him; he was always placed in the line of fire (opposition) from those that were jealous of his position of authority which was greater than their own.
Because of an "excellent Spirit "of faithfulness within him, the oppossers/oppressors/depressors could find no occasions, fault or error concerning him.
Because of an "excellent spirit" within him, when the enemy couldn’t find any wrong doing in him, they looked for blame in his God (if God is a God of Love then why???). They wanted to tear down his belief system. They wanted his God to look small, and powerless. They wanted his God to look lower then their Kings.
The intent of this meditation, on purpose, is to remind and challenge you as a "called out" one who has been "called to" a greater performance of the Greater in you; to examine the "spirit" that lies within you and to know if you are truly His instrument of "excellence." Remember you can only have the character and qualities of Him, if you are His. Daniel and friends stood with and for God then; will you be able to stand with and for God now, because you were "Called Out of the world to be Called To" the world to glorify Him?"
Mark 5:27 (KJV): When she heard of Jesus, came in the press behind, and touched his garment (touched the hem of His garment; Matthew 9:20).
Mark 5:29 (KJV): And straightway the fountain of her blood was dried up; and she felt in her body that she was healed of the plague (infirmity/affliction).

"Pressing Your Way, and Touching Him, Leads to Your Instant Desired Blessing"
While traveling the uncharted road called your life, there are times when your desired needs will lead you to a new experience that will change your entire existence. Your immediate needs will supersede the time of your travels in search of your desires.
This text speaks so loudly of pains, sickness, and sorrows. It resounds with grief from infirmities and afflictions of soul and spirit, mind and body. This text leads us on a journey of one woman’s plight which could be anyone’s at any time in any place. It is steeping with the steam of emotional trauma, as we walk with her from her beginning to her expected end.
She has suffered for many years, and because of her malady, she is separated from society, family, friends, and now her physicians and to make matters even worse her, finances are depleted, because of her desired needs. There is no one and nothing that can help her at this moment. The normal attitude at this point is one of complete defeat... which would seem like the remedy for this whole matter, would simply be to call it quits.
Out of the ashes of her seemingly defeat, the storm of determination rises like the rivers of flood waters into a dessert of dryness which has had no relief for 12 long years. The text states emphatically that she heard of Jesus, the healer and presses her way into His presence from behind through the multitude of the following crowd, and touched the hem, of His flowing garment; and to her surprise her release came, her healing came, her deliverance came, her heart’s desire is fulfilled in an instant. Her conversation with herself in faith convinced her, that if I just touch the hem of the garment that He is wearing, I will be ok. Her faith established a victory of the instant powerful manifestation of her heart’s desire.
The touch of this woman was so great that the healer himself, Jesus the Christ, spoke from His flowing virtue (the transforming power of the blood) as it was infused into this woman’s issues, and His issue is now the lifesaving issue (the much needed cleansing blood) of her life source. She was the recipient of the transferal of every need that she had presently and eternally, for at this point she is called daughter instant family connection, and told to go in peace, because her faith, conquered her problems, desires and needs. Her testimony would sound something like this: in my" pressing I found my blessing." In my Pressing I found my Blessing" in my touching I found my blessing of relief. Praise God from Whom All Blessing Flow.
Where are you today in light of this text? If you are facing any matters that you possibly can relate to as you follow this woman with no name, (place your name here) use her as your ladder to climb up and out of your difficulties (whatever they may be). Press your way and receive your blessing. There is a blessing in a pressing, and a pressing for a blessing. Hear (Jesus) and Touch (Jesus) and (Receive) your needed desires.
