When awakened this morning by the Hand of God, there was an undeniable presence with me. I am thankful for the gentleness of His love this morning.
Just want to take the opportunity to welcome His presence this morning because I am aware that He is ever present with me and you! Take the time to acknowledge that it is the Power of our Fathers' Love that enables us “again” to live and laugh and enjoy the abundance of His Power, Peace, and always His Presence. Shalom, You Matter To Me

![]() Luke 23:34a: Jesus said, “Father forgive them; for they don’t know what they are doing.” We are in a strange yet wonderful time in the life of a believer. “Who is a believer?” Those who have been born again and have accepted Jesus Christ as their Lord, Savior, and Master. The only begotten Son of our Heavenly Father. We are blessed to see another Passion Week, a time of renewed hope. This is the week before Easter Sunday. The third day of a hard week of pressing through to the end of His earthly journey, heading toward a cruel road of hard punishment and suffering. Jesus came to tell those who would believe and received about His Fathers Love and forgiveness. He fellowshipped at a sinner's house, anointed by a sinner woman, among on looking sinners, on his way to die for a whole world full of sinners. This week we are asked to ponder on the details that stood up a “Sinless man willing to die for Sinners” upon a cross just to prove His Father’s love to us. Just don’t look at the obvious, what’s in front of you. Look in the heart of the one suffering and dying for you. Take a good heart of the matter. Look. Pay attention to the details. After all, He took a good look at you and decided to do something for you! “This is a week to ponder on your love for Him” Shalom, He Made Difference For All Life Isaiah 26:3. Those that keep their mind stayed on Thee; You will keep them in perfect peace: because they trust in you.
We have moved ever so quickly into the month of March. The season of Lent is still in progress, and Spring is in the air. It is said, “Spring comes in like a lion and goes out like a lamb.” The land has been in turmoil of one thing or another. The usual thoughts that one would ponder in heart and mind during this time, is the joy and merriment of birds singing and bright sun-shining days. Flowers blooming everywhere, the Easter Bunny and the Easter Egg Hunt, pumping up excitement to allude people to the meaning of Easter! Perfect scene right? We pray for a brighter tomorrow. The days have been dark and dreary, weary for so many, COVID still remains a problem, death in the land, chaos and confusion, businesses closing and the mortgage payments are due. The list goes on and on. Trump gone, still remains to be seen. Biden and Harris in the White House, red and blue still at odds. Churches slowly opening and protocol has been established, life goes on as usual. For those that are “walking by faith and not by sight," there is another glorious picture. All is well. The Son is still shining, and “Resurrection” is the eternal theme! We do not deny the reality of the current conditions, we just defy the control that the enemy seeks in this season through the turbulent times. For our eyes and hearts are fixed on Jesus! We trust in God and He will bring us through. Shalom Wow, is anybody really paying attention to how fast the days of the months are literally passing by?
This is not only the second month in the year 2021, but another day or month of remembrance for so many reasons. Black History Month, someone’s birthday month, Love month, EVERY LIFE MATTERS MONTH, painful as well as happy moments month And the list can go on and on and on.... Comfort and Encourage, and Provoke one other to continue in good works, with these Words”; “Cling and Cleave” “Trust and Obey” “Praise and Pray” “Embrace and Participate" “Expect and Inspect” “Move Forward and Mount Up” “Deactivate Your Flesh and Activate Your Spirit with the (Holy Spirit)” “Push Up, Push Out, and Press In” Remember who is in Control, and Whose controlling you. Trust His plan, purpose, and process to get you through “OUT and RAISE YOU UP.” Remember, That there is another place called, “Your Destiny Awaits,” that makes the journey worth the trip you have taken/are taking to arrive “THERE WHERE HE RESIDES, for all, ETERNITY! STAY IN HIS PLACE, YOUR SPACE OF GRACE; PACE YOURSELF IN THIS PART OF YOUR RACE, and ACE THIS TEST BY GOD’S GRACE WHICH IS STILL SUFFICIENT!!! Am I Right About It? “Fresh From Heaven's Oven to Your Table, Set for Two!” Revelation 3:20(NLT): “Look! I have been standing at the door(of your heart). I Am constantly knocking. If anyone hears Me ( your heavenly Father) calling him/her and opens the door (of your heart), I will come in and fellowship with him, and he with Me!" Shalom! You Matter To Me, Pastor Armstrong Isaiah 7:14a: Therefore the Lord himself shall give you a sign. God will do it
What a year this has been. It started with all kinds of signs, protesters, Corona, natural disasters, civil unrest, riots, trouble on every side, plague, pestilence, death on every side. Election problems, in essence the same ole stuff. And through it all, the same message, the same story, the same Jesus. Love never changes. Love does it again. We have learned to re-value the things that matter the most. Family, family, and family--natural, physical and spiritual, so we can be the children of God He is calling us to be. What sign has He shown you again: Love, protection, provision, strength, mercy, grace, compassion, His gentleness and surely His Faithfulness in Jesus Name. Through it all, through it all, I have learned to trust in Jesus, I have learned to trust in God; through it all, through it all I have learned to trust in God. Merry “Christ” Day, to you and yours. He himself will, shall give you a sign concerning all things. Keep your eyes, mind, ears and hearts on Jesus. Shalom I Thessalonians 5:18: In everything give thanks: for this is the Will of God in Christ Jesus concerning you.
WOW, it has certainly been a long time since our last correspondence. I am still happy to say, like others, “I am still here and thankful that all is as well as it is.” So much has gone on, and so much is still going on; with the pandemic still raging, and the death, destruction, floods, fires, murders, protesters, marches, mayhem, chaos, darkness, and confusion just to name a few things that are going on in our personal spaces, here and everywhere in this land. Afar and abroad, we are admonished to give thanks, for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus concerning you, me, us. How can this be? Glad you asked! We are thankful because we know why things are like they are. We are thankful that we know things will not remain the way that they. Finally, we are thankful because we know Who can and will change everything. Shalom WOW! Where to begin? Since February 2020, the world as we have known, has changed completely in a matter of serious moments. As a nation we have been slow and persistent in a downward spiral. We have been in rebellion and disobedience, never stopping once to rest from doing things our own way. Not taking the time to be still long enough to perceive another road, going in a different direction.
The “pandemic,” whatever label you put on it, comes from the same place which began from the very beginning. It is called SIN! Let’s call an apple an apple because it is exactly what it is until it becomes something else. As a nation, we hid our heads in the road of disobedience, which caused our hearts to be locked up in the shell of self will. We must NOW take a rest, stop, and look up so that we can cross over this road with the help of God our Heavenly Father, before we perish in our shells. Jesus Christ is our one true Foundation. If we miss Him in this season, to Take control of our very lives, like the turtle in the shell; it is the possibility that when we come out, we could get our heads cut off and die. Shalom Morning Devotion APRIL 21th, 2020 There is absolutely no one else. He Is Our All In All...
Some trust in horses; some trust in princes; some trust in the arms of men. But we will /I will put all my trust in You, My Lord, Master, and only Savior -Jesus Christ. Father, there is no one else who can do what Jesus has done, is doing now, and getting ready to do on behalf of all who call on His name and have Faith in Him He declared that "it is finished." We have the victory, now! Who else can help us, can bring us through all things, everything, anything? Who else has all power in heaven and on earth? His name is Jesus Christ, the only Begotten Son of God. In Him, we move and have our being. In Him, All Things Are Possible. Our God Is Great and Greatly to Be Praised! We are nothing without You. We can do nothing without You. Thank you Jesus, yes we will/I will - TRUST IN THE LORD "Till" LIFE ETERNAL. Love you in Jesus Name! Shalom, Pastor Armstrong Just letting you know that you and your family are in my continued prayers especially during this time.
May our God’s Sovereign Will continue to be done as our hearts are focused on God. Some say how can we rejoice in times of suffering? Surely we have joy not because of what’s going on, but because of who is in control of all things. I rejoice because lives are being saved, people are praying more, and calling on the name of God. Knees are bowing and tongues are confessing that we need a Savior and His Name is Jesus. I could go on and on with reasons to rejoice; but in this hour the church will be resurrected. This is, “Passion Week." While Christ was on His way to the cross, to die for the sins of the world that was corrupt and defiled with sin; like now, in the midst of death on all sides, we must be reminded of one great thing, their is a clear view in the midst of chaos-- blinking, flashing lights of the blood, of Gods love manifested through Jesus Christ." Resurrection Ahead, Praise God! "RESURRECTION IS AHEAD” Shalom, Kingdom Praiser ![]() As the beauty of the Three Roses, bring a sense of comfort in times like these, it is the Holy Trinity that can bring us through the moments of senseless drama. As the birth of a new nation arises; it is The Father, The Son, and The Holy Spirit that will hold us steadfast. His presence, peace, and power will keep us. Let us put our “Trust” in the one who has never failed us. Let us rejoice and lift our heart and praises to the Holy Trinity.
The Lord is in His Holy Temple; Let all the earth be silent (of all fears, doubts, and worries), our “God is Able.” In Jesus Name We Pray! Shalom, Living To Love & Serve |
